When the rain stopped the NASCAR race and Free Style Demo in Fontana Metal Muisha riders Jimmy Fitzpatrick and Fuffer showed up to hang out for the WGAS event. The weather was a little windy but the riders threw down for two sold out-shows that spectators spent the event on thier feet. The win went to Jeff Griffin, with second place going to the entire field of riders in a great event.

- Sunday, February 24, Demolition Derby: - Two Shows: (SOLD OUT) The Track: Small. One way in and out. Dirt burm enclosure for cars. A full 30 car field ran three heats and a consolation heat during the first show at 3 PM. At 5:30 PM WGAS brought in the 14 car main for a run to the last man standing. The main ran for almost 45 minutes with cars that seem to run forever. The action was stopped twice for fire, no injuries. As the main worked down to the last cars the spectators watched a spectacular finish as Car 707 Stan McDonald hit car 27, Feliz Ortiz, and flipped the car onto its roof. The WGAS officials had Felix Ortix out of the car unharmed, and 707 backed up his 2007 win with another win for 2008 at the Riverside County Fair.
